I visited the Woodhouse Chevrolet Service department for the first time for my first free oil change, multi point vehicle inspection and tire rotation after purchasing my 2026 Chevrolet Equinox LT. I was welcomed by my service tech Erwin Bonder. At this same appointment I had requested an estimate from the Woodhouse Collision Center for front end cowl damage repair and met with Joe Lozer. I had a great all around first experience from both my service techs during the same appointment. All my questions were answered by both service techs efficiently and individually without feeling rushed. Erwin answered all of my questions about when my next oil change should be, it's cost and my questions about tires that came with my vehicle since I'd just returned from a 4,400 mile vacation. Erwin went the extra mile to explain what three factors to look for when considering tire replacements down the road. He gave me hard copies of my original tire specs and new tire replacement suggestions with pricing for future reference available at the Woodhouse Chevrolet service department. I was very happy and satisfied with my interaction with both service and body shop techs from both the Woodhouse Chevrolet Service and the Woodhouse Collision Center deparments. Both experiences were not only convenient, but seamless, efficient and thorough that saved time and gas to accomplish in one service appointment when traveling from Council Bluffs.
